Protein pancakes

The protein pancakes are the perfect start of your day. I often make them in bulk so I can easily grab them the rest of the week!

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1 Banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops of vanilla protein
- 4 tbsp milk of choice
- 0.5 cup of oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Topping of your choice: strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, peanut butter, apple syrup, etc.
Step 1. Preheat the pan you're gonna use by putting it on the fire at medium heat
Step 2. Put all the ingredients in de the blender and blend them all together
Step 3. Put oil in the pan (I use coconut or olive oil)and start baking small pancakes
Step 4. Turn the pancake when small bubbles appear on top or when the upside gets a bit dry.
Step 5. Top the pancakes with your favorite topping and enjoy! They last approximately a week when you store them in a closed container in the fridge.
