Green basil pesto

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 3 handful of fresh basil leaves
- 60 grams of grates cheese
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 45 grams of pine nuts
- 3 small gloves of garlic
- 1 pepper and salt to taste
Step 1. Roast the pine nuts in a pan
Step 2. Add the basil and pine nuts to a food processor. Pulse a few times
Step 3.Add the rest of the ingredients except the olive oil. Run the food processor untill everything is mixed
Step 4.Slowly add the olive oil whil the food processor is running.
Step 5.Make sure everything is mixed well. Add pepper and salt to your liking. Enjoy!
