PB chocolate dates

I was introduced with chocolate dates when my mum bought them from a local store. Soon, the whole family (except my dad) loved them. I decided to make them myself with a twist: peanut butter. The peanut butter balances the sweetness of the dates and the chocolate a lot making it a super delicious treat!

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 100 grams of 85% dark chocolate
- 14 medjoul dates
- 14 tsp 100% peanut butter
Step 1. Cover a plate with aluminium foil and put the plate into the freezer
Step 2. Pit the medjoul dates
Step 3. Fill the dates with peanut butter
Step 4. Break the chocolate in little pieces and melt it. You can do this au-bain-marie but you can also use the microwave for this
Step 5. Get your plate from the freezer and cover the filled dates in the chocolate.Put the dates on the cold aluminium plate when you've fully covered them in chocolate
Step 6. Let the chocolate covered dates rest in the fridge until the chocolated has hardened again
