Simple Banana pancake
Time: 20 min
This recipe is very simple and delivers you a delicious breakfast. The key ingredient: patience. I often top them with peanut butter and apple syrup but this recipe is also great to eat on its own. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1 Banana
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 scoops of vanilla protein
- 1 Topping of your choice: strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, peanut butter, apple syrup, etc.
Step 1. Make sure the banana you're using is (very) ripe. This will make your pancake nicely sweet. Mash the banana in a bowl and add protein powder if you choose to use this. The vanilla protein powder will make the pancake a bit sweeter and also enables a firmer structure.
Step 2. Add the eggs to the mashed bananas. Put some oil in the pan and bake the pancake on low heat. You have to be patient with this one. If you turn it too soon, your pancake will break. If the upside has dried, you know you can turn the pancake.
Step 3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
