Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 200 grams of grated coconut
- 40 grams of vanilla protein powder
- 50 grams of oat flour
- 200 ml of coconut cream
- 100 grams of 85-90% dark chocolate
Step 1. Mix grated coconut with protein powder and oat flour.
Step 2. Add the coconut cream to the coconut mixture
Step 3. When everything is combined very well, add to a cake form
Step 4. Freeze for 30 minutes
Step 5. Melt the dark chocolate and put it over the coconut bar
Step 6. Let the chocolate harden and cut into bars. Enjoy!
