Shakshuka

Shakshuka originally is a breakfast dish but you can eat it whenever you want of course! We often eat this dish for dinner. Serve with some fresh bread and you have a simple but delicious dish.

Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 1 glove of garlic
- 1 paprika
- 250 grams of tomato cubes
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 2 eggs
- 1 salt and pepper
Step 1. Heat the oil in the pan
Step 2. Chop the garlic and onion
Step 3. Fry the onion and garlic in the pan
Step 4. Cut the bell pepper and add to the pan
Step 5. Add tomato cubes and spices. Let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes
Step 6. Make two wells in the shakshuka and put the eggs in there
Step 7. Let it cook for a while. When it's done: serve with some fresh bread and enjoy!
