Dutch pancakes

The Netherlands is famous for its pancakes and to make sure you can al enjoy them I'll provide you with an easy recipe. I always use whole wheat flour to make them a bit healthier. For topping, you can go as crazy as you want. For savory, I recommend cheese and salamior pepperoni. For sweet, I recommed Dutch van Gilse sirup or peanut butter, apple syrup and strawberries. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 75 grams of whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 200 mililiters of milk
- 1 Topping of your choice: cheese, salami, strawberries, raspberries, cinnamon, peanut butter, all types of syrup, etc.
Step 1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl
Step 2. Start baking the pancakes. Make sure your pan is hot already before you start adding the batter
Step 3. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
