Oats & Seeds cookies
Time: 10 min preparation, 25 minutes oven time
These cookies are one of my favorites. They serve as breakfast when I'm short on time or just as a snack during the day.

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 100 grams of oats
- 50 grams of cranberries or raisins (whatever you prefer)
- 40 grams of shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed
- 30 grams of sunflower seeds
- 60 grams of mixed nuts
- 1 tbs of cinnamon
- 0.5 teaspoon of salt
- 2 ripe bananas
- 50 grams of coconut oil
Step 1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees celsius
Step 2. Melt the coconut oil in a pan
Step 3. Mash the bananas en mix with the fluid coconut oil
Step 4. Add all dry ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly
Step 5. Make little balls out of the mixture and shape into a cookie when placed on the baking tray lined with baking paper
Step 6. Shape them into a cookie form and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 7. Bake the cookies for 25-30 minutes.
Step 8. After baking, let them cool down so they can become crunchy. Enjoy!
