Blueberry breakfast cake
Time: 15 min, 35 min oven time
Done with eating bread, yoghurt or granola in the morning? This blueberry breakfast cake gives you all the nutrients you need in the morning. If you make it the day before, you benefit from it the whole week! A little peanut butter on top makes it complete

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 100 grams of oats
- 100 grams of almond flour
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbs of honey
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 grams of blueberries
Step 1. Preheat the oven on 180 degrees celsius
Step 2. Mash the bananas
Step 3. Mix with banana mash with the rest of the ingredients except the blueberries until they are combined really well
Step 4. Add the blueberries and scoop it through the batter
Step 5. Put is into a cake form and bake for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
