Fudgy brownie
Time: 20 min, oven time 21 minutes
I wasn't expecting much when I first made this recipe but it turned out to be really delicious. The taste of chickpeas is completely covered by all the sweet ingredients and apparently they give a fudgy structure. It's most delicious to eat when it's still warm so eat it directly when it comes out of the oven or reheat it in the microwave. Enjoy!

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 0.5 cup of peanut butter
- 0.5 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tbs of melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 0.25 cup of almond flour
- 0.25 cacao powder
- 0.25 baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 pieces of 85% dark chocolate
Step 1. Preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius.
Step 2. Mix chickpeas with peanut butter, vanilla, melted coconut oil and maple syrup in a food processor
Step 3. Add all the other ingredients except the dark chocolate and mix again in the food processor
Step 4. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and stir it through the dough
Step 5. Put the dough into a brownie or cake form and bake for 21 minutes. Enjoy!
