Warm rice breakfast
Time: 20 min, less if you've already prepared the rice
This is a dish I always make when I'm not feeling well because it doesn't cause any problems for my digestion. Besides that, it really is a delicious and warming dish to start your day with, especially during winter.

Ingredients
Servings: 1
- 1 serving of rice or quinoa (add as much as you like)
- 1 apple (add as much as you like)
- 1 tablespoon of apple syrup
- 1 serving of yoghurt (add as much as you like)
- 1 handful of chopped nuts and seeds
- 1 pinch of cinnamon, as much as you like
Step 1. Cook the rice or quinoa according to package directions
Step 2. Add a tiny bit of water to a pan in which your gonna add your apple pieces. Make sure it is enough to cook the apple in but definitely as little as possible. Heat the water.
Step 3. Cut the apple into small pieces and add to the boiling water. When the apple becomes soft, add the rice or quinoa and one tablespoon of apple syrup. Stir toroughly.
Step 4. If everything is warmed up, turn off the heat and add the yoghurt. You can stir it through or place it on top, whatever you prefer
Step 3. Cut some nuts and add them together with different seeds on top of your bowl. Enjoy!
